Passenger Assistance is a new app for disabled people and their carers to request assistance for rail travel in Great Britain. It allows you to easily and quickly book a seat on an assisted train journey, with all the details you need, such as the route, date, time, and class of service.
Once you've requested your booking, you will receive an email confirmation from us, and you will also be able to track the progress of your request on the app itself.
This app was designed to make the booking of an assisted train journey as easy as possible, and to give disabled people and their carers the flexibility and information they need to know about the booking process.
